Please Verify Your Email for Our New Security Update


 
Tentatively scheduled for May 1, 2026, we are enhancing the security of Business Online Banking with multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Here's what you need to know:

What's changing
At login, you will be prompted to enter a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to the email address currently on file with Community Bank.

What you need to do before May 1:
Log in to Business Online Banking and navigate to "Profile" to confirm your email address is current and accurate.



    1. If your email is correct - no further action is needed.
    2. If your email needs to be updated - please contact our Treasury Management Operations team before May 1 to avoid any interruption to your access.

If you use a token - no action required
Clients who authenticate via a DigiPass soft token app or a hard token will continue to log in as usual and are not affected by this change.
